This project is about visually explainign the steps to ordering a specialty drink at Starbucks. Alot of people that I know, including myself, often have a hard time cutomizing a drink. It can get confusing once you start changing what's on the menu. It is a bit intimidating especially when there is a huge line behind you, and being a considerate person, you settle for the tall mild/medium/bold. After doing some research and interviews of Starbucks employees, I came up with this infographic.
