Sushi Queen is an exclusive sushi making class by Keiko Yamamoto. Her business is not only having a Sushi making class but also telling the Japanese cuisine culture with the European culture. To meet her experienced skills, the logo has been renewed with a premium feeling. A simple tekkamaki and crown symbol was combined to expand more Japanese and British audience in London.
