Flexolar is a LED ecological lantern powered by sunlight. The main problems with common solar powered lanterns are: small solar panel area therefore less sunlight captured, and chemical batteries that store a limited amount of energy within extended periods of time ( about 3-4  hours), with an autonomy of 4-6 hours of light. They are also bad for the enviroment. Flexolar uses instead a laminar ultracapacitor made of fine layers of graphene and polymer, making it durable, light and slim. This ultracapacitor is capable of storing more energy in just 15 min, and achieving an autonomy of 40 hours of uninterrupted light. The entire product is flexible so it can be rolled into a tubular shape that is easier to hold.
