The Saudi Center for Energy Efficiency is Organizing a campaign that aims to educate the public about the implications of the special vehicle fuel economy card, and the best driving behaviors that contributes to the reduction of fuel consumption 

The main concept was implemented according to the subjects and behaviors being discussed by the campaign, through the selection of paperbacks as a symbol of conservation rather than damage or change, in addition to not showing the car brand and make it an unpaid commercial.
