Giant City State Park is a beautiful 4000 park nestled in the hills of the Shawnee National Forest. The sandstone cliffs that fill the park attract over 1.2 million visitors each year. The park is known for it's many hiking trails, horseback riding, rappelling, camping, and more. For a class assignment, myself and two others were tasked with rebranding the park and finding a solution to the park's confusing wayfinding system which has plagued Giant City for years. I was in charge of the overall direction of the project, the logo design and brand standards, the primary signage, and the presentation. Through much research, we examined the current problem and worked hard to find a longterm solution.
