A fermentation calendar which includes instructions on how to create six types of ferments. The aesthetic reflects the scientific, sterile nature of the fermentation process as well as its “get-your-hands-dirty”, DIY aspect. The varying colors of the blocks that represent days corresponds with the level of microbial activity to be expected on that day. Knowing when to expect changes due to wanted microbial activity will make first-time fermenters rest easy when they notice bubbles or other changes occurring within their fermentation container.
