Extreme Kayak Helmet
10 weeks: Collaborative Studio with the University of Cincinnati School of Nursing
The goals of this project were to team up with the school of nursing and through research, interviews, surveys, benchmarking, and various strategies; redesign a helmet specifically for extreme kayak. The product needed to be thorough from the inside padding to the outside shell material. This was our first student project where we had the time to do the research and validation stages through our design process to create our story the way we want it to be told.
