MONO SUSHI serves more than just 120 different types of hand-crafted authentic sushi creations with creativity and passion.
Sushi artists, the core of MONO SUSHI kitchen delivers only the highest quality and finest sushi to our valued customers.
WE INSPIRED BY
Kawagoe (川越) is located about 30 minutes by train from central Tokyo and is suitable as a day trip destination.
Its main street, lined with Kurazukuri (clay-walled warehouse-styled) buildings, retains an ambience reminiscent of an old town from the Edo Period (1603-1867) and allows us to imagine the streets from past centuries.
Thereby, Kawagoe became known as “Little Edo”.

PRINCIPLE
In MONO SUSHI, we believed that happiness, health and joyous comes from the very origin in our life, that is the belief of MONO SUSHI.
Our principle is to present the value of the traditional and origin of sushi through the authentic method, high quality ingredients, and the passion of our chefs to our valued customers.
