When you’re considering a photo to support your career web page, authenticity counts!  Don’t use a static shot, or stock shots of smiling people.  Remember:  If you don’t stand out, you’re invisible!

 

Visa, Ebay and Logitech have all benefited from the photographs of real employees for their careers websites. No more insincere stock photography of smiling faces. I love going on location and capturing authentic images of real people.
