WAJAKU
Concept and Graphic Design for a Kimono Rental Service based in Milan.

Wajaku's guidelines come from the fusion of East and West (the core business is renting traditional kimonos hand crafted in Japan in the heart of Milan, one of the most fashionably cities all over the world).
Chosing the font was an easy task: Palatino is definitely a western font, but its neatness and linearity stand well for zen simplicity.
The logotype is tied with a stylised mace, that splits the logotype in two words:
WA (peace) and JAKU (Japan).
The red color and the almost circular shape of the mace stands fpr the Japanese flag (the rising sun).

The project include the following items:
Logotype / Business Cards / Labels / Packaging and Blog Styling / web design.
