Over the past 5O years, FabIndia, the Brand has been quietly & surely built around 3 core qualities -
Simple, Sensible, Sustainable.
However FabIndia today has many competitors in the branded and non-branded retail market. With
FDI now a reality the challenge therefore lies in differentiating itself from its competitors both local
and international via continuous design and product development process for the ever demanding
market. The Aim of this project will be to engage fresh minds in understanding this challenge and
coming up with fresh ideas for products that can be introduced in the home category: Furniture, home
accessories, Lighting, Home furnishings
Inspiration : Fractals
What is Fractal?
A Fractal is generally "a rough or fragmented geometric shape that can be split into parts, each of which is (at least approximately) a reduced-size copy of the whole," a property called self-similarity.

Because they appear similar at all levels of magnification, fractals are often considered to be infinitely complex (in informal terms). Natural objects that approximate fractals to a degree include clouds, mountain ranges, lightning bolts, coastlines, and snow flakes.
