THE THINKOFFS encouraged all TD Ameritrade Associates to submit their ideas for making their jobs, company and client experience better. Eye-catching messages were flashed across communications channels (video, online, posters, elevator doors) across TD Ameritrade offices. The campaign and contest generated great enthusiasm and more ideas than anticipated, bringing Associates together as never before. Top ideas were judged against each other by a hand-picked committee, and winners crowned during a special ceremony.
