ES DISTINTO - street art and adhesive
Este trabajo es el segundo curso de Plástica en mi carrera de Arquitectura. Enfocando ahora el arte desde el street y urban art, las intervenciones en espacios públiicos y privados y composición, generando un concepto general del arte, su relación con la arquitectura, su ejercicio y su crítica.
Hay trabajos de todo tipo que van de algo casi naif a la crítica social, igualmente todos fueron muy divertidos de desarrollar, investigando y siguiendo caminos de gente como Keith Haring, Befreeone.com, El Tono y La Nuria y Space Invaders ( que reflexionando luego han impactado en mi desarrollo como arquitecto) por eso, hay uso de varias técnicas y visiones.
This works are like the second fase of my course of Plástica at the university. Here the focus of the course is more on the urban art, the interventions and composition, generating a total concept of art, its relationship with architecture and its critiscim.
The work of Keith Haring, Befreeone.com, El Tono y la Nuria and Space Invaders was indispensable to develop this works. Researching and following their paths, that is why there's experimentation with different techniques and vissions (after a while I can say that this artists are really important in my developed as an architect).

TRABAJO FINAL / FINAL WORK
Después de todas las investigaciones debimos realizar un trabajo final basado en el trabajo de Space Invaders y sus teselas de colores. Usando papel adhesivo. Estos trabajos al haber sido pegados en las instalaciones del edificio de la carrera fueron destruidos sin rastro un tiempo después (y en aquel tiempo nunca me pareció importante tomarle fotos...) así que aquí tenemos los estudios primarios para el desarrollo de las intervenciones y una lámina que explica el concepto detrás de cada trabajo.
After all of these investigation we ought to develop a final work based on the job of Space Invaders and their color pieces. Using adhesiv paper. This works were put on my career building, were they were destroyed without traces (and in that time I wasn't conserned about taking pictures of my works....), so, here we have the studies for the interventions and a sheet that explains the concept of each intervention.
El primero es la "Culpa es de La Vaca" como el reconocido libro de autoayuda. Tomando este giro para expresar la escazes que vivía Venezuela de leche de vaca y derivados durante ese año. Culpando no al gobierno, ni a la mala distribución y gerencia, sino a la vaca, que totalmente inocente es buscada por las autoridades.
Un periódico cuenta la búsqueda de la vaca desde el chisme y el rumor casi como en el viejo oeste / As a newspaper tells the story of the Cow searching almost Wild West style based on rumours and gossip
El segundo trabajo es llamado, "Se nos acaba el tiempo" explicando como los humanos destruyen la Tierra con sus propias decisiones y amenzan el tiempo de la humanidad en su faz. Desde la contaminación a la Bomba Atómica, es todo un juego. Y creen que ganaremos.
The second is named "We are out of time" explaining how humans are destroying the Earth with their decisions. Menacing the humanity, taking its time. Not only considering contamination but also things as the Atomic Bomb, everything is like a game. And the say we will win.
