Objects of Desire is a compendium of sketches, detailing the objects I like and live with.
I began this as a fun drawing-a-day project.
But as the objects piled up, my material ponderings seemed more and more superficial.
I was left with the sick feeling that I was substituting real desire for a quick glimpse of happiness.
I present my objects as both a delightfully frothy journey and a pitiful reflection on consumer culture.
