Boxes of Death 2 was an art show curated by Patrick Duffy of Electric Coffin. The show featured 50 coffins by 50 different artists. Duffy provided small pine coffins to all invited artists to paint and decorate as they wish.
The McCoffin is a commentary on fast food and how it's product is facilitating many into early graves. The McCoffin is manufactured in plexiglass and illuminated from the inside resembling a fast food sign. Like many fast food restaurants, the McCoffin's exterior presentation is very appealing but you would not want to find yourself inside of one.
