Game Pitch and Concept Development
I will make an adventure, platform, shooting genre game for the Summative Unit that has simple controls but with challenging and fun gameplay that anyone could enjoy. The platforms are used to dodge the boss’s damaging projectiles. There will be power ups that will help the main character subdue the opponent like speed boost. You will press the arrow keys to control your character, you can press the “F” key to fire projectiles, and to interact with objects you have to press the “I” key. The goal of the game is to defeat the boss by lowering its health to 0 and to obtain the precious treasure that lies within the ancient temple.
