Tabula Rasa | Antiparos | Construction
Tabula Rasa is a small bar in the square of Antiparos island. As you enter the bar there was a big blank wall which needed something to fill the space. I was commissioned to fill that white space with some kind of design. The installation i decided on consists of geometrical shapes with different thicknesses which all comprise a large circular design. The aim of the 3d construction was to use the shadows which would be created from the light falling on them. The construction is made out of a type of polystyrene and all shapes have been painted in different shades ranging from black to white.
