Last summer I did some volunteering at Ironwood Farm in Canada.
It was a memorable experience. It changed my everyday life and the way I choose my food.
Ironwood Farm is a organic farm in wonderful Vancouver Island, British Columbia . The Farmers, Barbara and Bryne, are committed to biodiversity and sustainable agricultural practices. They believe in farming as a holistic lifestyle: the health of the self is empowered and kept vital through the support, nourish and care for the land.
