Of all the designers in the world the one who has influenced me the most is the filmmaker Tim Burton.  Similar to Tim Burton my work is very illustrative.  For my design I wanted to create something personal to me. I am always drawing strange little characters which I enjoy creating. Even though I see myself as a designer first and foremost I also enjoy creating more illustrated base work.  I see no reason I can’t take the ideas and rules I have learnt from graphic design and applying them to Illustration and vice versa. The design shows my own unique style, something that is a bit different. Someone that does not always follow the mainstream. However this sums up me not just as a designer but also as a person. Someone who may not always follow the mainstream. Someone who wants to stand out from the crowd. Someone trying to create their own little paradise.
