The 21 apartment unit project is located in a rectangular site of 18,400 square feet with its frontal entrance facing the Ponce de León avenue and the Pratts street in the posterior entrance. The units are distributed in two "towers" that generate interior patios and terraces that provide ventilation and natural light  to giving to the apartments that face the interior. Both sides of building are connected together by bridges and common open terraces.

Taking into account the building pertains in an art district of increasing muralist culture, it seems convenient to create an area dedicated to this type of movement. Therefore, the commercial space that faces the Ponce de León avenue becomes a gallery that can be used in several ways to exhibit art.
