Because at any moment their connection with a 911 caller could be lost, emergency operators know it's crucial to determine the location immediately, even more than the nature of the emergency. Dallas/FortWorth area 911 agencies commissioned this spot as a public service. I co-produced it in partnership with Les Kerr Creative.
