Problem
Objective 1:
A creative route that can be used to launch the technology on the digital medium for maximizing reach, impression and create intrigue for the physical launch at SAP Sapphire 2014
• At SAP’s event for SAP driven technologies, Infosys wanted to create an intrigue around the many advantages that the cloud version of the existing CTSM would bring to clinical trials.
 
Objective 2:
Garner coverage across major global dailies
• Infosys didn’t just want to be in the news. They wanted to grab the eyeballs of heads of pharma CROs and industries alike through the press.
 
 
Solution
We needed to show that the CTSM-on-cloud is a step ahead of the existing CTSM. We wanted to stitch the concept of cloud and the benefits it offered i.e. made the existing CTSM faster, smarter, safer. To this effect, we used a jetpack to designate all three with the accompanying line being – ‘Turbocharge your CTSM’.
 
We sought a way to tell a story that would do justice to the way the solution revolutionized clinical trial supply management. We simplified the USPs of the solutions to three brackets – faster processes, smarter operations and safer trials. The campaign launch strategy included a comprehensive digital outreach while the post-launch sustenance would be provided by leveraging experts from SAP.
