When PRF came to us to say they had a sponsorship at the Ellerslie Flower Show, we decided that money really could grow on trees. We commissioned a local sculptor to make us a four metre high aluminum money tree. This was displayed as part of the flower show. People could clip money to the tree for a chance to win a $10,000 personal loan. All the money pin the tree went to help the Child Cancer Foundation. We raised over $60,poo for the kids and managed to raise the profile of PRF's sponsorship on both TV networks and over 75% of the newspapers.
