CONCEPT - Luxury designer villas, very clean and modern design + the mood of Goa - sand, beach, colonial architecture, Goan culture, mediterranian. Design a very clean brochure which is not content heavy but yet have got a certain character to it.
I made use of waves pattern right from the cover of the brochure and the pattern is consistent through out.
COLOR SCHEME - Turquoise blue, white, light grey & silver foil.
JOB - Design the logo and as well as the brochure for TIAA.
Treatment - There is textured UV on the cover . The logo Tiaa
is gloss UV + embossed.
Treatment - There is gloss UV on the waves.
