Freelance Design & Product Development - BY SERJEANT TEAM
When the Serjeant design team won the contract to develop new products with the biggest Compression Sportswear label in the market, we were in unfamiliar territory - not being much of a sports people ourselves, we really had our work cut out. However, the super passionate and supportive team of Aussie blokes that I worked with were in a similar boat – they’d never really worked with fashion designers! This successful and very rewarding collaboration saw a genuine exchange of skills and ideas that helped Skins extend their dominance in the compression market and expand the reach of their product range.

The Serjeant brand wholesaled women’s high fashion, ready-to-wear and swimwear labels for 8 years throughout niche market boutiques and Myer Brothers Department stores nationwide. The label was also stocked internationally in selected boutiques in the UK, France and USA.

I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with some interesting, talented and creative clients over the years. The diverse requirements have forced me to think of new and interesting ways to apply and adapt my skills to satisfy a brief. That scope of personalities involved has genuinely honed my people skills and necessitated flexibility in my approach to every job.
SPECIALIST LATEX COSTUMER & CONSULTANT
I was hired as the latex consultant and costume maker for the latex costume designs by Kym Barrett's 'Persephone' character in The Matrix Revolutions and The Matrix Reloaded films.
