'Bonanza' neighborhood in Bogotá
After an urban analysis we decided to intervene the green axis of the Bonanza neighborhood in the
city of Bogotá. We design a community center, due to the few facilities within the neighborhood.
The Community Center is at the end of the green axis the neighborhood, a strategic position that allows
connecting this green axis with the interior of the neighborhood.
First floor: those activities that attract the flow of people from the north green axis and the interior of the Bonanza neighborhood,
such as the cafeteria, a small super market, the entrance main to the community center and public space.
It is very important to carry out the intention of communicating the green axis with the interior of the neighborhood.
Second floor: Library and staff rooms, which are also located on the first and third floors of the building, as places where classes
can be held for the community. The library in the second floor, becomes the main activity of the community center.
