Hi there,

this is a portrait of my girlfriend. I wanted to see how far I can get without a fancy camera setup, so I took (a lot of) pictures of her with a simple digital camera and brought that into 123d Catch. In ZBrush I cleaned up the model, retopologized etc. Then I did a 2nd shooting for the textures and projected those in Maya to create my diffuse texture. Once I had the diffuse texture I basically derived all the other textures from that.
The main hair was done with GMH2 Hair. The peachfuzz, eyelashes, eyebrows and the fur of the sweater were done with Yeti.
Rendering was done with Vray.
