This project was also an assignment in the Diploma course (2012) where we were asked to create a product and market it. I was disapointed with the current availability of MP3 players and Personal Media Players (PMP's) at the time, so I decided to create one. This product would be built as a high-end player, which included a Wolfson DAC (Digital Audio Converter), and had a high spec audio resolution of 24bit at 192,000 kHz. This would be a product for a nich market of enthusiasts, but the price point would not be out of reach of every-day music lovers.
