Inspector Fogg: Lo Spettro

Lo Spettro, featuring Inspector Fogg. A short film by Wayne Lancaster, Sam Jones and Iain Goodyear. Lo Spettro takes inspiration from M.R. James' Oh, Whistle, And I'll Come To You, My Lad (1931), and it's styling from Italian new wave horror movies, by directors such as Dario Argento. A case unfolds for Inspector Fogg, but a spirit is disturbed in the process and he finds himself a haunted man.

This 'silent film' forms part of a larger project based around the character of Inspector Fogg. A Walter Mitty type fantasist, he features in audio clips, videos and photo sets. The genre is comedy but there are no jokes – the humour's in the character. (Please see www.inspectorfogg.com for more content).
