The marketing material for selling real estate properties involves an extensive 10-60 page pitchbook to give buyers background information on the Property and it's surrounding location and market analysis. The following pages are samples of the Cover and interior spreads of a book that I created to sell this deal to potential investors. This book is what investors look through as their first introduction to a deal so it needs to be visually appealing and to deliver the information in a clear and concise manner.
