Antud projekt käsitleb Pärnu linnaskahekorruselist kaubanduspinda. Hoone jaguneb kasutamisotstarbelt kolmeks: müügisaaliks ja laoks ning neid eraldav büroo osa. Keskmine osa on kahekordne, mille esimesel korrusel asuvad bürooruumid koos riietus- ja pesemisruumidega, teisel korrusel on ladu ja tehnilised ruumid.

This project deals with the two-storey retail space in the city of Pärnu. The building uses, divided into three groups: sales and warehouse and are separated from each othere by the office portion. The middle section has two storeis, on the first floor office space with a dressing and washing rooms, the second floor of the warehouse and technical rooms.
~ 2,400 m² net floor area of the building.
