Visual Identity of the Midlands Science Festival. Based on the idea that science is all about how things work, the cogs are dependent on each other to create power. The 4 cogs represent counties in the Midlands where the events are taking place– Offaly, Laois, Westmeath & Longford. The central dot in the main cog highlights the location of the Festival as the centre of Ireland.

I created a set of illustrations to show how science is in the everyday things around us.
One of the main aims of the Festival is to make Science fun and appealing to children and adults alike.

The illustrations have a childlike and fun style.
