LES Jardins is a luxury residence for the up and coming Lower East Side of Manhattan. Branded as a sustainable building, the facade features thin film photovoltaics which feed energy into the units, providing power for the green atriums and circuit lighting systems. The glass enclosed living walls run vertically throughout the 7 units of the building, allowing for the presence of a natural habitat without the hassles of individual tenant upkeep.
