The SJSU mobile app was a student-driven, university-supported project that engaged as a basic reference and celebrated the university's 150 years of history.

 

As the app represented the integration of modern technology, these graphic icons pivoted more towards representing the unrecognized long history and culture of the university. Taking cues from the brand standard, the colors used were taken from the warmer, sophisticated palette. Each icon was highlighted with the mascot gold color to tie back to the university brand.
