I was given a character design brief to design a Protagonist and an Antagonist.
The Antagonist, Tyria
A sorceress who's only goal is to cover the world in darkness and corrupt the hearts of humans to make them her minions. Tyria was human once. However, her heart was overcome by a dark spirit from another dimention which transformed her into the creature you see before you now. She cannot remember the girl she once was, her heart and mind are clouded. Her body is covered in hieroglyphics of an unknown ancient language and she weilds staff containing a large crystal. She also wears almost tribal clothing.

Protagonist, Hayley
Model Sheet
Hayley is like any other teenager. Normal in every way, or so she thinks. Hayley believes she has a bad case of sleep walking. She can wake up on the other side of the bedroom, in another room entirely or even down the street. Often she wakes up a little sore and covered in scratches of which she assumes is because of her stumbling around in her sleep. It's because of her 'sleep walking' that Hayley has a dissheveled sleepy appearance. However what in fact is happening is, Hayley also has a spirit in her heart. A spirit of the good kind! This spirit only awakens while Hayley sleeps or if there is a nearby threat and Hayley transforms into this creature. This creatures goals are to rid the world of the darkness Tyria creates. Hayley of course is oblivious to her special gift. This creature is also covered in her worlds ancient hieroglyphics and markings and has a tribal like appearance.
