MA Applied Imagination in the Creative Industries is a postgraduate course
at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design: an internationally renowned Art

Living in times where the future presents us with such uncertainties over our cultural,
political and economic outcomes, it has become increasingly important to foster the abilities to imagine and design the new. Perplexus, MA Applied Imagination’s 2014 degree show defies myopic ideology and social infrastructures. A diverse body of 60 interventions co-mingle like a plexus (rich web-like
network of nerves and information) to transmit the creative impulse.
