As True Value worked with Solve to reinvigorate their brand image and presence across all communication mediums and channels, it became apparent that their brand loyalty program needed a refresh to stay in step.  The True Value Rewards program was a visually scattered and inconsistent mess of materials created and deployed by various agencies and in-house teams, with no standards or style to follow.  True Value tasked us with rebranding True Value rewards in a way that could be executed and maintained by their in-house creative team, while falling out of the new visual language and emotional positioning we had crafted for the brand.
