As I was making this piece I knew I wanted it to have a blue/green theme and the dragon accidentally ended up looking like a sea dragon of some sort so I just kept going and it all worked perfectly together.
The eye is a glass pebble which is then surround by polymer clay. The piece is then painted using Mica Powders to give it that stand out shimmering colour.
I used black clay to make the majority of it with some dark blue clay for the swirls.
I used dark blue, light blue, teal and lilac coloured Mica Powders.
It is an A6 size journal.
