I have a friend whose toys are Arduinos, LEDs and all kind of eletronic components. I, on the other side like toys and although a little geeky know near to nothing about eletronics. I like to customize toys. I've always liked. So we decided to try something new for both of us: to make a toy using Arduino.
This first project is simple and we have only used Arduino to control the mood of the robot. We wanted him to look like a war veteran, weary and wounded but also moody. We wanted to express his feelings without sound to make it more visual and abstract, recurring to personal experiences to relate to what is being displayed in order to interpret his mood.
