S.O.S Existimos (We Exist) // OCCASIONAL SMOKER KIT
The aim of this project was to creat an unpredictable kit, different from what already exist in the respectiv field. So i chose to create a rolling tobacco kit that provides to the user all the materials necessary to create cigarettes on the same package.
A group of friends of mine use this king of tobacco, and i always thought about their problems on transporting 3 different packages: 1 for tobacco, 1 for rolling papers and 1 for the filters. When they buy this king of products, this 3 different packages are presented to them and it's not easy to transport the same packages everyday just to create simple rolling cigarretes.
Than, i thought about what kind of package i could create to simplify this "little" aspect of the rolling tobacco industry. The ideal was to create a package in which all the materials fit together but in distinct spaces: 1 space for tobacco, another for the filters and the last one for the rolling paper.

Once the package allows the smoker to create just 20 cigarretes made by hand i gave the package the name of "OCCASIONAL SMOKER" and 20 matches to each cigarrete. It was not easy to have an idea for the project name, but it seemed to fit well in the goal of the package.
After reach the package form, it was time to create the respective graphics.
I've made some research about the tobacco history and graphics, and the Indians and cowboys were appearing in the images of this industry all the time, so i thought it would be nice to design an informal and fun visual language on that theme.
