Our favorite part of the project: taste-testing authentic Kansas City BBQ recipes! We tasted ribs, five different sides, and six different desserts, including brownies, bread pudding, peach cobbler, banana cream pie, banoffee pie, and pecan pie! It's a hard job, but somebody's gotta do it!
