One day a guy from a multi-million dollar company went to aperson he had never met before, and told him, listen I can’t handle it myselfso I need you to build me a car... it should have 5 doors, 3 wheels and work onwater only... I won’t give you any advance money.

You should design, build,show me the prototype at your own expense, put all your resources into it and deliverit before the deadline that we agree on at my doorstep and yes, I won’t pay youon delivery of course... first I'll see if I like it. Then I will pay you aftera month or so... at the end I will definitely deduct an amount from your laborcost to minimize your profit margin and you won’t get any letter of appreciation,and you should also pay all the taxes.
