In 2008, I led the development of the 2007 Annual Report, entitled: Relevance.
The problem: museums in general are seen as antiquated and out of touch with today's technology and today's world. That said, our museum did not fit that mold at all. In fact, our vision was making us increasingly relavant to the city of Chicago, to innovators and inventors, to students, teachers and more.
We were challenged with defining us as relevant. This annual report answered the call, by calling out global and nationl issues and tying them to the Museum's exhibits and programs.
