CROSSING SENSORY BOUNDARIES

Crossing Sensory Boundaries project, is a opportunity me and my friend Chi Deng worked together. For this project, we need to work closely with the Colour Research Society of Canada (CRSC) who is hosting this event for The American Synesthesai Association (ASA) and provide all visual elements that are going to be used for the conference. Posters, programs, pamphlets, banners, invitation, website and souvenirs are designed for this particular events for synesthetes and the wide general public.

The aim of this project is to create a brand identity and visuals for the 10th Annual Conference of The American Synesthesia Association (ASA), host in OCAD University, Toronto.

"Synesthesia is a neurological phenomenon in which stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway. People who report such experiences are known as synesthetes." (wikipedia)

With the knowledge regarding synesthesia, the poster was designed with the concept of brain nerves, we believed this represented the event perfectly.

There were multiple events happening and needed various posters, we kept with the main poster design and slightly modified its' length and information in order to keep the series-look.
