               Heritage
For many years I have been engaged in full site interpretation at numerous heritage locations which
have featured Museum Galleries • Castles • Stately Homes • World Heritage Sites • Interior and Exterior
       Interpretation Panels throughout the UK.

Here are a few project examples from recent files which have been installed together with original
conceptual material which are totally original.

Other heritage disciplines can be found as separate files on my site which are meant to illustrate the
eclectic mix of  styles which may be be required from one heritage site to another.

This was my 2nd professional visit to Criccieth in North West Wales and where I had previously installed an exhibit on the life of  the 12th-century cleric Giraldus Cambrensis ('Gerald of Wales'). The photographs below show an additional installation designed on the theme on the Castles of the Welsh Princes which replaces an older version. The total foot print was very restrictive, which incorporated a retail area to the entrance and allowing interpretation elements to follow the perimeter of the room with a central feature to offer a somewhat transparent barrier for visitor flow. The transparent element was essential for such a small area and hence a Triskeleon structure at waist height prooved to be successful.
Integrated surface graphics and timber wallboard located on a bespoke polished stainless steel framework
The centre feature is based on a Triskeleon shape with three radiating structures from a central pointwhich provides a stand alone graphic interpretation unit. Each shape is triangular in cross section.
The Triskeleon elements of the structure are supported by four hollow beech faced units which house back-lit transparencies and housing for architectural artifacts as shown.
