Concept ideation
Empower the TV function in home usage which other than watching and listening.
Looking for babies is an vexing problem for the parents especially the young. With Baby Monitor, parents can observe the baby in bedroom when watching TV in living room and be noticed when baby crying.

Sketching interactions
According to the concept and scenario, I then proceed sketching the interactions.
Wireframes
Flow diagrams show every interaction that user is able to reach. Review meetings are held to ensure the backend can support each things that user interface needs to do.

Mobile client and TV client prototypes were made.
Usability test
Several stuffs from other project attended the test. The pain points were discovered. We improved the design basing on the feedback.
Final implementation
Sketches with visual elements are made by graphic designers. Detailed design document are delivered. I worked closely with PM and developers to make sure the implementation matched the design.
This app has been released on Bravia TV and mobile client released on App Store.
