Modified the pistons and rebuilt the crankshaft to fit in the engine block. I'm not an engineer so the mechanical design is more meant as a toy rather than to be an accurate functioning engine. (not sure on angles on the crankshaft, etc.)

Engine block from finishing a tutorial.  Next step will be to modify the four cylinder piston assembly to have 6 pistons and then angle and fit into the engine block.

Working on tutorials.  Finished the piston and connecting rod sub-assemblies, added all the pieces to the main four cylinder engine assembly using geometric constraints to be able to animate it.
