Nutmeg & Clove
Branding
Nutmeg & Clove is a bar at the top of Ann Siang Hill, which used to be a nutmeg and clove plantation in Singapore. Housed in a heritage building owned by a Cantonese Clan association, the bar's designs are inspired by Chinese heritage elements such as Chinese medicine halls, gunny sacks and medicine jars. Nutmeg & Clove serves Singaporean interpretations of classic cocktails and food and they were inspired by four different eras of Singapore's journey: Trading Post, Crown Colony, Sovereign State and Metropolis.
The names and information stated on the name cards below are fictitious for privacy reasons.

The cocktail menu is sectioned into the four different eras that tell the story of Singapore from Boat Quay to Tanjong Pagar Railway Station (when it was first built) to Chinatown and finally the iconic landscape that truly embodies Singapore's transformation, Marina Bay.
