On the back of the success of Meristem Real Estate 1.0 outing, the brand asked for refresher creative materials communicating a different creative perspective - the negative perception discouraging investors from the real estate industry.


The Insight:
The real estate industry often faces numerous challenges, a good number of them centers around disputes among landlords, tenants, land grabbers, potential buyers, and sellers. Consequently, these issues have dissuaded many investors - developers and/or builders from entering the sector.


The Rationale:
The real estate division of Meristem serves as a reliable intermediary, bridging the gap between clients and all other stakeholders to ensure the achievement of client objectives. This approach, uses local insights to highlight how Meristem Real Estate enables clients to attain peace of mind by streamlining processes, circumventing industry complexities, and realizing their desired outcomes.
KV1:
This creative uses local insights to land an overall message. Most building projects are almost replete with a lot disputes from interested parties on the land, the project or any other outlet on the project. In Nigeria, it can be as bad as the site ground being a battleground for rights of all sorts. Essentially, turning the site ground to a battleground!
