Week 6 - Photojournalism Experiment
I took this photo at Oulton Park this weekend during the British Superbike Championship there. I centred this photo so that the sign would be central. A group then sat in front and this man on the edge was to the left of the sign. I waited for a bike to come by and slowed the shutter speed down enough to show the blurred movement. I was sat down to take the shot. I closed down the aperture so that detail would remain across the image.
The image to the right is the image that I would have used, were I able to remove items from the image. I found it hard to take a picture which positioned the bike in the correct place and when I did, the man had his hand in the air!! In post production, something like a hand is easy to remove.
In hindsight, I would have concentrated further on making sure the man were correct and I may have used my friend who I was with as the model for the shot.
